What we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address and profile picture from your sign-in provider. When you use TestWise Prep we store your test answers, scores, any writing you submit for feedback, and the text of your Speaking test answers.
How we use it
To show your results and progress, to mark your writing, to improve the quality of our tests, and to send essential account emails. We do not sell your personal data.
AI processing
Writing and Speaking answers you submit are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to run the test and generate your feedback. They are not used to train their models under our agreement.
Speaking tests
We never record or store your voice. Your browser turns your speech into text using its own speech recognition service (for example, Google in Chrome or Microsoft in Edge), under that browser's privacy terms. We receive and store only the resulting text.
Payments
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Your in-progress test answers are saved in your browser so you don't lose them.
Your rights
You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by emailing support@testwiseprep.com.
